Two decades of hands-on work have shaped what I now call my signature massage—a slow, intuitive, precision-based blend of firm pressure, deep listening, and long, fluid strokes that speak directly to the nervous system.

Every session is tailored. I follow the architecture of your fascia, pause where tension is hiding, and work with the natural rhythms of the parasympathetic system so your body can finally exhale. It’s not about forcing anything open—it’s about creating the conditions where your body remembers how to soften. How to release. How to reset.

This is bodywork for people who train with intention, who understand that strength and recovery are two sides of the same conversation. It’s restoration with purpose—quiet, nuanced, and deeply effective.

My Signature Massage

Hi, I’m Taylor — a licensed massage therapist and certified personal trainer with over 20 years in bodywork and movement.

My approach lives at the intersection of science and intuition: grounded in anatomy, shaped by experience, and guided by a deep respect for the body’s ability to heal when it’s given the right environment.

You’ll find my full story on the About page.

Here, just know this: I’m in your corner. I read bodies the way some people read books—patterns, habits, history, potential.

And I bring all of that into each session.

  • “Peaceful in-home massage setup prepared for a restorative bodywork session.”

    A Note on Availability

My massage therapy is offered only to my personal training clients. This allows me to work with you holistically—understanding your movement patterns, your training stress, and the unique signals your body sends when it’s overworked or under-recovered.

All sessions are done in your home, and clients must have their own massage table available for use. I no longer transport or set up a table; this allows me to focus entirely on the quality of your treatment and minimizes unnecessary strain between sessions.

Why I Offer Bodywork This Way

Touch is one of the most underrated recovery tools we have.

When paired with intelligent strength training, it becomes even more powerful—supporting mobility, hormone balance, sleep quality, and injury prevention.

    Massage isn’t an “extra” here.

It’s a part of the long-game approach to aging strong.
